“Made a purchase on May 7th and my order never arrived. Company did very little to get to the bottom of the issue. I had to chase up couriers who said they never received my parcel to deliver it. Very disappointed”

“No contact phone number, only email Product supplied NOT as advertised. Different size, lower IP rating, different wattage and wrong kelvin value. No response to email yet and to top it all items were very poorly packed in a massive over size box!! Could do better.”

“Product is marvellous and very well priced. Unfortunately I received no e-mail acknowledgement of order or a reply to a query I sent to you. This morning product arrived with no notification of it being delivered, which was a surprise, as it was showing on your website as "out of stock" luckily I was in the house.”

“The order process and delivery was very good. The quality I of the light was good but unfortunately not suitable for the place we wanted it so need to return it. I am disappointed that having paid for postage on order to return the item I have to travel a distance and pay an additional £5.99 which makes this an expensive purchase/return.”
