“Product is good, delivery time was excellent, but only once they actually sent it!! Item showed as ‘In stock’, I paid for delivery in 1-2 days, item arrived 5 days later, no answers to emails and finally got through on the online chat, no reasons given.”

Sincere apologies. The delays were due to unexpected problems in recent times bringing in items from overseas. We kept customers updated to allow them to cancel if the delay was unacceptable. The Customer Service Team

“I have received the wrong lights, I ordered 2 hotel bedside lights with reading lamps and received 2 outside Solar lights! They did arrive on the correct day. I have e-mailed twice, and I am still waiting for a response. A phone number would be useful to be able to speak to someone directly. The electrician is booked in for next Monday and I was hoping to have received the lights I paid for, for him to fit them. Very disappointing.”

“Hi, We are very pleased with our order of two outside brown up and down lights which we received yesterday, quite soon after our order was placed Thank you. Our only concern is that the lights are quite large (I should have checked the dimensions before ordering). Do you sell the same lights but in a smaller size, if not then we will use the ones that we have. Thank you Chris & Sharon Smith”

I am sorry you appear to be so disappointed with your experience. Order confirmations are emailed automatically to the email address supplied when an order is placed. The carriers had difficultly delivering unfortunately and as such returned the parcel to us when no contact was received from you after several attempts to get in touch. The Customer Care Team
