“Amazing service. Ordered on Thursday afternoon and item arrived on Friday at 10am. Great communication throughout and lovely product. I don’t normally write reviews but after ordering a similar item elsewhere and having to cancel after 2 months of waiting I was so happy to have found this company. Would recommend.”

“On your website delivery said 2-5 working days- it’s over 2 weeks and still no products? I have emailed you twice with no reply. It’s interesting all your reviews say “fast” service- when my money was taken it then announced the products are being “shipped” and there may be delays- Why are you selling products that you don’t have on stock?”

I am sorry you are disappointed. There are currently delays that are out of our control I'm afraid. Delays which are affecting many UK businesses currently. Our website advises the stock status of products so customers can choose whether they order immediately or wait until the item becomes available. The Customer Service Team

“Poor service from start to finish. 1) The item arrived late. 2) When it did arrive it was damaged. 3) Trying to return it is difficult. 4) The Returns procedure / portal doesn't work - the number on your invoice and postcode/Zipcodes couldn't be found so I cannot return. 5) Did not get a reply to emails. With no telephone number and limited times to speak with online chat I wish I had just bought with Amazon. The positive was when I could speak with Online chat Sam was as helpful as could be and tried. Shame the systems let this company down and they use APC couriers for delivery which is awful.”

I am sorry you are so disappointed with your experience shopping with us. Our phone numbers are on the home page of the website at the top. In addition we can be contacted by email or Live Chat staffed by team members seven days a week. The returns portal was operational at the time however is case sensitive. We find APC to be very reliable as our carrier partners however we do recognise periodically mishaps occur. The Customer Service Team

“Great service, light fitting was excellently priced cheaper by £40 than other places, it was here within two days and communication was great. I emailed to see if I could find out when it would arrive as I was worried with the notice that covid could delay parcels and wanted to organise an electrician. I got a response the day after but by that time it had arrived. Very good quality and very pleased with this company. Can’t fault them.”
