“The labels are good quality and waterproof on the front, however we stuck them to a bin which is outside and the water got behind the label and peeled off.”

Thank you for your review. We will definitely review the product. It is important that the surface is as dry as possible when you apply the label. This product is manufactured to BS5069 standard and conforms for use in Drum Labeling.

“Can't argue really good quality labels and print exceptionally well. They even provide templates in various formats for you to use when printing which makes it easy to keep within the borders of the label. Delivery is very good and didn't even have to wait to long when waiting for labels to be manufactured.”

“Absolutely delighted with the products and very impressed by the amazing customer care. I phoned with a question about my order and was greeted by a very competent and polite person who dealt with my query immediately and also made sure I was getting the best products I could get. They gave me advice on a product they thought might work better for me. They were right and I will definitely use them as my main provider from now on.”

“Order and paid for labels and they were not thick enough so left message online and no one came back so phoned got a really helpful gentleman on phone and explained situation and he said he would get alternative sample sent out that was last week so still waiting So as yet what I bought was no use and company as yet sent sample alternative so poor”

Wendy. Please accept our apologies for being so long sending your samples. We were really glad to advise you on alternatives when you called, but let ourselves down by not getting the samples out to you. Unfortunately from time to time the volume of orders we receive can cause a short delay in the free sampling service, which we do advise can be up to 5 working days to dispatch, but we should have been more tuned in to your urgent need. They were and are scheduled to leave tonight by courier.

Patrick. Thank you for your review. Please note that you ordered your product on the evening of Saturday the 28th May 2016. This item was quoted to be shipped within 3-7 business days. We responded to your query directly via email on the 5th June quoting a dispatch date of the 7th June, in addition we did respond to a query placed by you through Paypal. Our courier was unable to deliver the item as you were absent at the advised delivery address and successfully delivered the item on the 13th June. Some specialist items such as the item you ordered may run low on stock and unfortunately when you ordered it was restocking. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience, however I feel we did respond to your queries and dispatch within the time quoted.

“The labels sent were incorrect (human error in mis-labelling the contents of a box of labels - the outer label corresponded to the order, the contents did not). However, the mistake was rectified immediately on contacting the company, and the correct labels received the next day.”

“this company offers a really good range of labels on good quality materials. they may not be the cheapest but are reliable and usually deliver within 1-3 days. They are helpful and usually have most items in stock. i would recommend them.”
