William. I am sorry you appear to have had such a poor experience. We do test our materials to the same standards as our USA colleagues and have had excellent results in the European market. “The online design service was very straightforward and I could come back to my design several times without a hitch. Once I bought the labels they arrived promptly and I was able to print them easily from the downloaded pdf. The positioning of the design fitted accurately to the label size.”

“I am very happy the labels and the free label template is so helpful. I was disappointed I have to wait so long for delivery because I ordered in bulk. I think an email to let me know I had to wait from 31st July till 11th August. I had to spend extra money buying labels from amazon”
