“Hi It would have been better if you had informed me that there was a delay with my order, rather than for me to have to call you. I haven't yet received my labels so cannot comment on the quality. Rina Doherty”

“My experience was mostly a good one. The only caviate was a slower than anticipated delivery with no tracking information added, therefore, i had to call to enquire if this order had been dispatched. Not a big issue but in the mindset of improvement this could be a good starting point, although i must admit it is a trival point so that gives a positive overview on the experience as a whole.”

“Good prices and quick postage. Contacted customer service as well and they were prompt at responding and very helpful. The only thing I can say (which is why 4 stars and not 5) is that the special order notes is printed on the packing list, which is put inside the package, so the postie didn't know to leave it in the outside cupboard and it ended up in the post office waiting for collection for a week.”

“LABELS ARE LABELS AS LONG AS THEY CAN BE WRITTEN ON AND STICK TO THE APPROPRIATE ITEM. WE HAVE JUST STARTED USING ONLINELABELS.COM AND THEY HAVE DONE AN EXCELLENT SERVICE ON BOTH SPEED AND PRICE. WE WILL DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN.”

“Website found easily from a blind search in Google - I wanted a specific size removable label for attaching to the back of photographic prints for competitions. They had just the size and type I required at a good price. Delivery very quick and product fine so far. Very pleased.”
