“Fraud ! I am a hard working teacher and gained a tax rebate of 60£ but they took fee and admin charges and I gained £4.24. This is fraud and DO NOT USE. I am returning check and asking tax office to investigate. They come through schools. I DID NOt give permission”

“Got a tax refund of £57.10 after there £36 standard administration fee.. and £9.99 28% fee £9.20 vat charge. My cheque was £1.91 do not use. They are just robbing scum!!!”

“I’ve just been reading these recent reviews and wanted to add my complaint too. Two years ago I did the same, didn’t get a cheque from them for the £158 HMRC awarded me. No answer to the many emails I sent. Don’t know how they can be allowed to work in this way, taking our hard earned money, especially in the current situation we are living. I have since contacted HMRC directly to claim tax back.......won’t ever use these scammers again.”

“What’s with all the 5* reviews?? These guys charge £36 as a ‘standard administrative’ fee. This uniform tax rebate only is from 2018: the majority of people on a regular wage aren’t going to see much more than £4. I received £1.87. For four years’ worth of electric cleaning my uniform? Very clever scam.”

“Hello I am Ruta K HMRC send you £56.30 of my overpaid tax But I got a cheque from you just £ 1.38 You took administration fee £36!!!! It's absolutely discussing And you asking where I will spend that £1.38? I think you have no honest I have really no words to describe your behavior I fell very very upset, because it is like stoling my money in the middle of day”

“I had a tax rebate from HMRC and out of a rebate for £136.97, they sent me a cheque for £54.95. They took most of my rebate in charges. Absolute scam. I wish i had known this before i used them. Nowhere on their website does it say how much you will be charged. AVOID”

“Scammers, got a letter off HMRC saying my tax refund had been sent to them! I’ve never heard of them. If you call every single option reverts you to website and cuts you off. No means of getting hold of them at all”

“I disnt ask for them to claim anything for me and now found out they received a cheque albeit for only £43.11 apparently for washing uniforms pity I didn't get any if it also they can't be contacted the phone number is a premium number so thats a no go as they have had enough money I can't believe after all the reviews I've read HMRC are still sending cheques to this company knowing full well the people who there meant for are not seeing any of the money overpaid in the first place”

“I have recollection of this company asking for my permission to act for me with HMRC. To my knowledge your get your overpaid money when they have sorted it out. To my mind HMRC are at fault for allowing this it has cost me half of my rebate”
