“Communication was a little poor during the process I would liked more updates about how the claim is going as it did take some time. Commission with administration fee means a lot of the rebate is lost. The process itself was very easy and simple to navigate. Overall I'm happy with the process and would recommend and use the company again”

“I'd almost forgotten about this rebate claim, I'd made though Teacher Tax rebate back in February, so imagine what a pleasant surprise it was to receive a substantial rebate from HRMC, as a supply teacher facing a Summer of potentially having to work full time to supplement pay? It couldn't have come at a better time and yes, I suppose you could claim yourself, but with a full time workload, I prefer to focus on teaching and learning and the paperwork associated with this. Teacher Tax rebate takes care of the financial paperwork and communication so that we don't have to. Would recommend.”

“Straight forward process and completed with little fuss. I was disappointed about two things... 1. The percentage which you took as a fee wasn't particularly advertised beforehand, perhaps an oversight on my behalf not to check. 2. My application for PE Kit wasn't accepted. I think it is quite unreasonable to expect itemised details of kit which was bought 3 years ago. I know for a fact I have spent a lot more than the £50 per year which I claimed for so was surprised that this wasn't considered.”

“I received a simple form that I filed in and to be honest forgot all about it! It did take quite a while to get a reply but received £117. That's after the fee but I didn't feel the fee was extortionate, especially when I've received the money I did. I know I wouldn't have gone about getting it myself.”

Hi Isabelle, We do our best to get your claim in with HMRC as soon as possible. Unfortunately in the first part of 2015 HMRC ran up a 3 month mail queue resulting in claims taking a lot longer to get processed across the board. I'm sorry it took so long but things are now improving. Thanks
