“This course was a bit harder than I expected but I got all the help from my tutor that I needed. I alway got feedback within few days (normally 2-3 days) so that was perfect too. Feedback was always helpful and I managed to correct my work to pass it the next time. Anytime I needed to ring student support they were always helpful and I always had issue resolved straight away while on a phone.”

“The feedback on the assessments was positive and helpful and the overall learning achieved through course I completed was in depth however the source material was sometimes basic with spelling errors. I personally would have benefited from reasonable deadlines for each assignment.”

“Studying my CACHE level 3 on OL was a wonderful experience thanks to my tutor Ms. Carol Powell. She kept me on track and provided me with supporting feedbacks that took my assignments to a whole new level. “Honestly, my experience with OLC was a memorable one and i count it as a privilege to enroll for this course. The feedback from the tutor was made easy to figure out the corrections where necessary. However, I observed that at the later part of my assignment, my tutor's feedback wasn't coming as at when due.”
