“I’ve just completely my course of CACHE level 3 health and social care course and my experience it sooo good especially my Tutor Alexis Martin she was so good and helpful. Overall I really like and enjoyed with OL college And learnt so many things. Highly recommend”

“Many different tutors without any explanation. Messages not replied to for over a week if not more. Feedback not personal all just copied and pasted. Had to ask what happened once everything was completed as no one advised.”

Hi, Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your experience. We do have substitute tutors, which will cover when we have staff on annual leave, this cannot be helped as staff are entitled to this. Our substitute tutors are highly qualified and experienced in the subject they are covering. After having a look into your account I can see that your assignments and messages were replied to in the timeframe that we set. We're really sorry that you felt we did not meet our usual standards while you studied with us and hope that you will consider us in the future. OLC

“I've passed my level 3 in business administration, what more can I say ?My whole adult life I always wanted a Level 3 in this subject, I did take a level 3 at a Further Education college in 2006 when I was 18 and struggled with the work and deadlines and had to quit so taking this based on the previous bad experience I had endured when I was younger was a huge gamble especially given that I had already successfully completed Level 2 in business administration through Learning Curve Group but this time it worked and has paid off, this for me is right up there with my biggest achievements to date. It just goes to show right place, right time and right situation you can achieve absolutely anything you wish and just because I completed a level 3 in my 30s instead of my late teens it also shows you that time doesn't really count for much in the grand scheme of things if you have drive, dedication, determination and commitment you will.get there in the end when you are ready and when the time and situation is right for you. Olc itself is set up very well, I found the content very user freindly and tutor Robyn Jennings very approachable. Olc has opened up a whole new world to me as far as the job market is concerned as businesd administration is a very complex and competitive market and you have to keep updating yourself to stay a competitive candidate within this industry. OLC has given me an opportunity to complete this amazing feat of completing my level 3 against the difficulties I face of being full time employed with two other jobs as I have been able to buy myself time to complete the work without being tied down to a classroom system and extreme tight deadlines and pressure but more importantly I have been able to sustain continuity of employment keeping all relevant jobs and key responsibilities in tact which I may not have been able to do at a FE college classroom situation because of the way their system works whenever I've rang through to query certain things reception staff have a great attitude and have treated me with respect !! I fully recommend olc every time !!”

“I thoroughly enjoyed this course, I found it very interesting and I learned so much, especially the business side of things, which is very important in the Childminding business, the tutors were very helpful and the feedback was insightful which supported me in achieving a good grade in my other assignments, I would recommend this course to anyone interesting in becoming a Childminder.”
