“This was my 3rd course with the online learning college which speaks for itself. I was very supported throughout the course and my tutor was always helpful in providing help and direction. “Completed the Health and Social Care Level CACHE Certificate. Although I wish that we had the option to call the tutors, my tutor in question, Alexis, was quite knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I'm now waiting for my certificate. May update depending on how long it takes for me to receive it (wrote this May 24, 2024).”

Hi Natalie, thank you for your review! As we are an online college, we only have the messaging system for students and tutors, but they are always happy to help! Certificates usually take around 6-12 weeks (sometimes quicker) to reach us from the Awarding Body, but as soon as we receive this we will be sure to contact you! “I was really hesitant to sign up, but am soooo glad I did! Definitely worth the money, the tutors always replied quickly if I needed help. They never took ages to mark my work either. Highly recommend! I also paid for paper copies, and arrived in less than 24 hours - so impressed!”

“The course was easily followed, really good study book that was online, questions where easy enough to follow, tutor always got back to me and gave me some good feedback on my assignments or how I could add more to achieve a higher grade. I would defiantly do another course online.”
