“The ordering process was simple and prices were very competitive. Peter was pleasant and efficient on the telephone. Disappointingly we were not advised of our delivery schedule. The driver called to say he was 30 minutes away whilst we were out for the day. We had to scramble a friend and a family member with a key to visit our house and accept the delivery.”

“Very pleased with the service we received with One Stop Flooring. We were booked in promptly, communication was great and we couldn't get the same floor elsewhere without huge lead times. Really impressed with how quickly they flooring was fitted as well when others were quoting many more days. Competitively priced, hard-working and good communication. Highly recommend.”

“Definitely recommend! There was a shortage of raw material everywhere and our previous order with another big international floor store was severely delayed. So we decided to try our luck at One Stop flooring. We are so glad we did so! the staffs are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, we got our new floor within 2 working days.”

“I ordered online, then received the invoice to bank transfer the amount. The ordering process was easy and the delivery was fast, others I’d seen had 6-8 weeks wait. This came in a few days! They asked me to double check all delivery details were correct which was helpful as I’ve made mistakes before in the past with other deliveries. The order came and was great, not complaints. Delivery man rang 30 minutes in advance to let me know he won’t be long, again greatly appreciated. Would with out a doubt order from here again, well run company.”
