“I ordered some lion oak laminate flooring to continue through into are kitchen. I need 8 packs price was ok and not a lot of places sell it anymore so I placed the order, unfortunately I put the 8 in the square metres box that means 7 packs so I emailed to explain my mistake and ordered another pack to be added to the order. Due to life's little curved ball I had to change the delivery date twice without any problems and courteous service. Many thanks”
