“One Stop very good, though improvement with haulage partner communication could be improved. Had specifically said I didn’t want delivery before 10th January and needed a mid sized truck for easy access. Delivery actually made mid December, no notice and on a large lorry that the lone driver struggled to offload (packaging not yet removed so can only assume no damage) the pallet from. Pre planned storage wasn’t ready so significant man handling to accommodate this situation after the drop. Driver was excellent though, did his best despite being dropped in it himself.”

“Peter at One Stop Flooring was fantastic. With a global shortage of flooring he managed to find flooring we liked in stock and available for delivery. He also managed to send us samples so quickly that the flooring was still in stock by the time we’d made our decision. Delivery was swift and efficient. Brilliant!”

“The initial online response from Reena was efficient and concise, she was so helpful on the telephone, I decided to go to their showroom near Stanmore. We discussed flooring possibilities and looked at various samples in the showroom and I then found the perfect Kahrs engineered oak flooring. Reena gave me a very competitive price, I paid and the flooring arrived a few days later.”
