“Good customer service from One Stop Flooring and we encountered no problems with ordering, being able to purchase the same flooring over a year later than the original purchase. Delivery was five stars even putting the packs of flooring into the garage as it was raining, which was most appreciated.”

“The service and behaviour by the delivery firm contracted by One Stop Flooring was appalling (bordering on abusive). They arrived outside of the scheduled time, then said we had no choice but to accept delivery or schedule another appointment, and the driver said we had no choice but to help him offload the vehicle or the delivery would not be made. To keep our building work on track my 75 year old father had to offload the van with the driver, then take the packs into the house. One Stop Flooring's response was to say that they don't take responsibility for their delivery firm's service and they would forward the feedback to the delivery company. After this, no response. Would not roder from them again unless it was clear that they use a different company.”

“The flooring was loaded onto a pallet with great care with extra protection for the securing straps. The delivery was vey prompt. The flooring looks to be very good quality, although this hasn’t been laid yet. Hence only 4 Stars. I will update this review when it’s been laid.”

“Very helpful on phone and price was best . Delivery had to be rescheduled because lorry to big for our street but no problem and product seems to be exactly what it says on the tin. Due to be installed in new year. Purchased now as advised prices due to increase.”
