“Good service from sales team and price was good. Floor looks great. On delivery - for my first order, the delivery did not come on the stated day and instead arrived the next day. For both my first and second orders no time window was given for delivery or call made in advance of when delivery would arrive which was a bit annoying.”

“I ordered at 4.00pm on Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered at 9.30am on Thursday morning .The man on the phone when ordering was very helpful and advised which underlay to purchase . They advised when it would be arriving and gave an appox. time of arrival . The delivery guy was very friendly and placed it at our front door for us . The price we paid was extremley good value compared with other places . We are having it fitted tomorrow and can't wait to see it down . I would definately recommend them .”
