“Did two separate orders. One arrived. One didn’t. Had to wait nearly a month from the time of ordering to get a refund. Terrible customer service. Took so many messages just to get told I had to wait ANOTHER 14 days as the tracking had been updated to say yet again (previously updated saying delayed) there was a delay with my parcel so policy is the 14 days wait for a refund starts again! Won’t be ordering from u again”

“Bought some sweets from here a few times now and always fantastic service. I have recently been diagnosed coeliac so was pleasantly surprised that the gluten free sweets were already labelled at the top of the page, so I didnt have to search through all the ingredients of the sweets to see if I was allowed them or not!”
