“I used to be a regular customer, but these days not so much. The main reason is the sweets have gotten smaller and shorter and the price has gone up so much do that you can hardly call the company "one pound sweets" anymore! Unfortunately, there are a few types of sweets I can only get here so every now and again, I come back!”

“Sweets were delivered into my waste food caddy! I didn't know. I added waste food to it in the dark as i put it out for collection. A couple of days later i saw an email saying my sweets were delivered safely😡🤬into the waste food caddy. One Pound Sweets has blamed me and refused to put things right. Who puts sweets into bins contaminated with rotting food anyway🥵! The courier was Evri! I'm furious!”

“I love this company, and the products they sell. It is really like stepping back in time seeing some of the options available take me back in time, to when I was a child. I also love the fact of being notified when there is a sale on. Perhaps it could be linked to customer's birthdays as well. Like an additional % off the main price ? Just an idea”
