“Made an order the other week, one of the sweet boxs was really damaged when arrived. Made contact with seller, quick response, unfortunately they don't replace only refund. Was going to be a gift for someone but least I received a prompt refund. Would order from them again.”

“Response to harassing email from one Pound Sweets Hello Kindly refer to correspondence wirh your office below. And don't ever contact me again. I will view any further contact as harassment. Its clear who is lying. you refused to accept the parcel because you were "shielding" but the driver could have easily dropped the parcel off at your doorstep but you refused this your order was returned but before we had a chance to refund you, you wrongly started a chargeback with the bank you could have easily had your order as the deliver driver was at your door and you spoke to them, waste of everyone's time and money.

“Great selection of sweets and other products. The only downside is in my last order I ordered sweet peanuts but upon trying them I have to say that they did not taste anything like the sweet peanuts I remember from years ago. They didn't even represent anything like sweet peanuts. Wrong shape and no taste at all. Very bland.”
