“Terrible customer service, replies were like a teenager texting their mum. No help at all when I informed them some of the items I had were expired. They kept telling me it was a best before date and that the items would be fine to eat for the next few months. I contacted the company that produced the crisps and they informed me that indeed it was an expiry date. I did not pay a discounted price for the crisps despite customer services claiming I did. Such a shame as if I had a decent response to my query I may have been back to buy more products which may have exceeded my order of just over £50 this time.”

“Company good in the past with my orders but this time the box of cheese and onion discos were very dry and stale tasting even though they were in date and was told to sort it out with the company myself which I didn’t think was very acceptable but I will continue purchasing from them just not discos”

“I can't really comment on the actual sweets as I never received them. Amazon delivered them to the wrong address and when I contacted One Pound Sweets they weren't interested as Amazon had provided a picture of delivery. The fact that the picture was nowhere within the place that I wanted them delivered to didn't matter to this company, they only cared that they'd been delivered. So I hope whoever received my sweets enjoyed them!! Will never use this company again as their after sales customer service is atrocious!”
