I love the bottle but the sports cap (the one with the straw) is awful. I got sent a replacement because the first one was leaking and this one is the same. It's screwed on fine, it's just kind of useless especially if it's in my bag and on its side. A shame because the bottle itself is lovely and I always get compliments on it.

The bottle is good but it spills a lot because the teat quality is not good. I bought two bottles and both of them have the same problem. Will not buy again sorry

I like these bottles but they are far from hardwaring. I have had two and both have broken quite soon after I purchased. I wont be buying again.

I have been using the bottles for a long time. Unfortunatelly, recently two of the caps have snapped - with one of them, I contacted the customer services and after a long process they sent a replacement. I couldn't be botherered to do the same with the second one. The best caps are the traditional ones and if you want to replace them, they charge £10 for each!!! For a small piece of plastic! I feel this is just ridiculous and feel that I am now stuck with One Green Bottle because we can't use other caps with their bottles. Some of the reviews I read about One Green Bottle rightly say that their packaging is great. I would rather receive the bottle wrapped in a simple bubble wrap then to be overcharged for their products to finance the posh packaging that ends up in a recycling bin.

Hi there, Thanks for your review, and sorry to hear you feel this way. As a B corp eco conscious company we wouldn’t use plastic wrap that cannot be recycled. Therefore hope that our card packaging does go into recycling. We are pleased we can provide spare caps so people do not have to buy a whole a new bottle. With products the cost associated with it is not only the design, production and packaging but shipping cost too. The caps are bulky and the cost for us to ship them is nearly half of the cost of what you see as the products cost. We try our best to not pass on all the cost of postage to our customers, and try to stay competitively priced. As we would have discussed our warranty covers manufacturing issues, but not accidental damage I’m afraid. We have many ways to get in touch with us via email, or our chat bot, or website message. Expected the product I bought to be more eco friendly than it actually is. Was advertised as recycled plastic, but was actually only 50% recycled plastic. The rest I assume is virgin plastic. Wouldn't have bought if I'd realised. My fault for assuming that this website would be more ethical than others.

Hi there, thanks for your review. Sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. I noticed you purchased a lunch bag. We buy these in from another brand/manufacturer. Therefore are not "Botl" or "one green bottle" manufactured. They state recycled but do not state the percent of what is recycled. We advertise them as the company requires them to be advertised. I was very surprised that there is no cover for the drinking spout ! As it is quite obviously really poor hygiene to put an uncovered spout (that a toddler will drink from) into a bag ! Not really fit for purpose without a cover I’m afraid !

I bought the wrong lid to replace one that broke fairly quickly after I bought it! Finding it impossible to figure out which bottle i have and which lid will fit it!

Confusing cancellation/returns process. T&Cs said one thing, but customer service said another. Polite, but nevertheless contradictory. Ordered the wrong thing and couldn't cancel it even though it hadn't been despatched yet, despite T&Cs saying this was possible. Ended up keeping it as I didn't want to pay shipping as it felt unfair. What I ordered itself was in good condition, though it was the wrong colour - I ended up buying a matching item on eBay as I didn't want to go through the One Green Bottle website again. Shame, as I love my bottle.

Was pricey for a bottle and straw. After 3rd use straw doesn’t work. Disappointed. Not very good quality

The website is an absolute disaster. It’s impossible to work out which lids or straws go with which bottles, there’s no clarity in the UX and the copy is misleading.

Hi there, so sorry to hear you are having difficulty with our website. We do specify in the text on the category, and in the description of the product which caps fit what bottles. We also have all the information on the infographics on the images of the products and the caps. Any spare caps purchased come with a spare straw. All our straws fit all the caps, the only exception is the quench which requires their own straws, as they are more narrow. We also have our chat facility to help with any issues you may have. Have been a fan for years, and the steel bottles were an absolute godsend for my kid as they were so tough and would last for ages. However, one got lost and I ordered a replacement. This dented really quickly and after 3 broken caps (they just shear off now on the first drop and half gets stuck inside the bottle) I'm moving away from this brand. I guess the classic "got bigger quickly and sacrificed quality" has happened.

The bottles are great we have had them for ages BUT the carabiniere hook is rubbish and keeps breaking . Such a shame.

I like the bottles and it arrived very quickly. However customer service is unacceptably bad. My Sloop arrived broken, first spoke to Allie via chat, useless, he couldn’t have been any less helpful. I then emailed, it’s been a few days now and no reply. This was the second Sloop which arrived broken, would not recommend them. The packaging of the products is also not secure, I ordered replacement straws, their box came apart and they were all over the delivery bag.

I love you bottles but I can’t find what I need and Ordering took ages, the website is not user friendly. I got charged 2 different prices for the same bottle (500ml tough bottle) When I login to order the shipping costs default to £37 even though I’m shipping to the Uk so I ended up ordering as a guest. I contacted customer service who couldn’t resolve the issue. You don’t seem to have much of a selection of 500ml bottles with jelly bottoms- essential for the kids as they dented the curvy bottles I got them previously. The jelly bottoms you do sell don’t match any bottles. I now need to pay to return my order because the jelly bottoms I bought look awful on the tough bottles (silver) that I bought. I don’t want to go with another brand but please fix your website and improve your bottles with a soft bottle for kids 500ml.

I thought that all the tops were interchangeable, when the top I ordered arrived, it didn't fit either of my green bottles. So it's still in its box and unusable.

I ordered a patterned thermal bottle, arrived really quickly, but the pattern on the bottle was stretched and distorted on the sides. If this has been explained on the website I probably wouldn’t have ordered that design. I emailed One Green Bottle, no understanding of my disappointment, just a ‘that’s how it is’ kind of answer. Won’t be buying again, won’t be recommending the product or customer service.
