The replacement top for toddlers is slipping off and leaking during the feed. The cap doesn't fit. I contacted Customer services about the faulty product and sent them the photos, but they are refusing to accept returns/issue refunds. Unless I record a video

As per our warranty (terms and conditions,) we need the required information. We appreciate the photo's, but we cannot see the issue without a video. We are working with you directly to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Once we can see the product issue, we are happy to refund if the product is found to be faulty. I know we are in correspondence about this and are so sorry for any frustration caused by Royal Mail. Rare issues can occur especially during busy times with Christmas around the corner, which is very frustrating for all parties. We will try to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Thanks

I had such high hopes for this product, however, the quality was very poor. The children's bottles leaked constantly and the caps were incredibly challenging to remove. It is a lovely idea, but unfortunately not efficiently executed. I contacted customer service for over three months to report this issue and my issue was not resolved. I was told to keep sending videos of the faulty product, but never offered any efficient solutions. Very unfortunate. **Customer service responded to my review, and again sadly they were inaccurate. I am always so hesitant to leave a poor review and never do so. Multiple videos were sent to the customer service, and prompt responses were provided the first couple of weeks. Beyond that I had to step away as my concerns were not deemed valid or heard by Amelia. As a parent of two very little ones, the communication procedure seemed to gaslight parents instead of listening to their genuine concerns as a target audience. So sad for a sustainable and ethical company. I felt that their ethics to genuinely support parents and help were very poor.

We always try to get issues resolved quickly, and have great customer feedback to support this. Unfortunately your query has taken longer then usual due to delays in response to our messages. We appreciate your time, and would love to get this resolved asap. However as per our warranty we do require a video of the issue so we can offer the best solution -without this we cannot proceed with your claim. Our baby bottles are made from BPS/BPA and phthalate-free polypropylene. We use this material as it is readily recyclable, and it is the only plastic that doesn’t leach any unhealthy toxins into your babies’ drinks. Due to the nature of polypropylene, the first time opening the caps can be a little stiff. We recommend doing a break-in-half action to remove the cap more easily instead of pulling it off. Waste of money, do not buy! The baby bottle leaks, and they still haven’t refunded my money. They requested video proof, rather than just allowing me to return it! Even with said “proof” no refund has been given. Avoid!

If the item has been returned for a refund, and we have not yet received it, then we wouldn't refund till we get the item back. Attempted to cancel the order and was told that a refund was in place, I was still charged anyway. After receiving my bottle, the ice wouldn't even keep frozen longer than 40 minutes inside.

Bottle arrived dented in the box and was first seen when opened on Christmas Day. Reached out multiple times to One Green Bottle without a response. Unacceptable customer service. Still no resolution and partner without her Christmas gift.

Bought 3 bottles: the same we usually buy for the kids. Places the order a week ago, received two emails to review the bottles I haven’t even received. A week seems pretty poor. No clue which delivery company they are with so now way to track delivery.

We have been using these products for sometime and really rated them. Recently we experienced really disappointing customer service. An item did not arrive, the money was taken, we were not contacted and when we chased we were asked to pay postage again. Sustainable products should include good customer service. There are other suppliers of the same products ! Going elsewhere.

Hi there, We are very sorry to see this. When an order is placed its always pre payment. I'm afraid if there is a delivery issue with royal mail we do not always hear about it, and they should leave a card to say they attempted delivery, or if its an address issue/input error and it gets returned, we do need to ask for postage again as we have to pay every time we send items. Being a B corp company we do everything as sustainably as it should be done from start to finish. We pride ourselves in customer service and are very sorry you feel on this occasion we didn't live up to that. Many apologies again.

Haven't been able to use the bottle because it came with no valve on the cap. I emailed then, they send me the wrong valve, still after more than 6 weeks not received the correct part. They have stop replying to my emails. I bought another cap, which was nearly £10 with delivery fees, and not lasted even a week, the bottle fell down from a chair and the cap cracked. My experience is poor customer service and low quality. I hope they can improve because is not fair that I have expend the money into a bottle that I cannot use.

Disappointed with my bottle as it doesn't keep my water cold for more than an hour or so. The price point is similar across the market and I've had a better bottle in the past from Amazon. I bought the bottle because I loved the unique design.

HI Lauren, Thanks for your review. On double checking which bottle you ordered, you have purchased a single skin curvy bottle, and therefore not insulated, so will not keep the contents cool. We specify in the descriptions and on the page headers which are insulated and non insulated. Our evolutions, epic and pop bottle range are insulated. I hope this helps. Thanks

The bottle was advertised as tough for children however the lid broke after 1 day of use!! They were unapologetic and refused to refund or even send me a new lid. Instead, they offered free postage and a generic email about how their products are tested - which frankly was not good enough. I only bought it because they said it was tough for kids! They didn't even ask what part of the lid has broken, if they really cared and wanted to improve their products they would have sought out this information. The icing on the cake is that you can't even buy the same replacement parts!? And the straws on the site have to be cut to size!

Excellent products. Bought a 800ml bottle with straw cap for my daughter to take away on a school trip. She is delighted with it and now takes it to school daily. Fantastic that you can buy a replacement cap too as someone knocked the bottle off the desk in school and cap broke but a replacement arrived the next day after ordering. We bought the colour milk but I think more variety of colour choices in the 800ml size would be good as I preferred the colour choices in the smaller sizes. Quality product. Most important: leakproof. Am tempted to buy myself one!

Was purchased a bottle with a sports cap as a gift for Christmas. It rolled off a low bench and the cap sheared off and the customer service response has been more than disappointing saying it's not their problem / they don't cover accidental damage. As per someone else's review, this is clearly a product defect for them but they won't replace the broken cap, just offered free shipping on a new cap. I've bought other eco friendly bottles and none are as brittle and sensitive as this. It's labelled as a sports cap, but doesn't seem to be able to withstand a light impact. Avoid the brand if you want either a water bottle that doesn't need handling like it's made of glass, or customer service that is at all responsive to the issue / accepts that its product isn't perfect.

Hi there, We are very sorry your not happy. As we have explained I'm afraid we cannot cover accidental damage as we don't know what the bottles go through on a day to day basis. We test all of the products and they can withstand knocks and bumps. The nature of the material is that they are BPA/BPS free, so they do not leach harmful microplastics/toxins, they can also be recycled very easily so much better for ourselves and the planet. We have offered free shipping as a gesture of goodwill on a new cap. Many thanks
