“Great items usually but this time one of the thermos flasks I bought has 2 dents on the lid . I would like to return the item but I did not receive a receipt from the company on my email so I have no order number or any information to make the return.I telephoned the company to request a receipt but nothing has come through . This is the first time that I have received damaged goods from them and it’s the first time that I have had reason to telephone them. This is one of my favourite companies -I like everything that they represent and they have winning products but I am disappointed with the service this time round.”

“Absolutely love One Green Bottle. Keeps our drinks cold all day, even if the bottles have been sat out in the boiling heatwave! Will always recommend to family and friends and wouldnt go anywhere else for a bottle!”

“You pay a little more buying from one green bottle BUT you get a high quality product that's created with your health and the environment in mind. The last bottle I had from them still had some life after 10 years. I just wanted a larger one :) Recommended, I buy them as gifts for friends and family often as people don't drink enough water!”
