“At last having tried several travelling cups for tea I have found one that keeps it hot and does not leak and I can drink it without contorting my face. And it fits in my car cup holder.”

“My item was dispatched very quickly (same day) and arrived the next. Great quality as always. I love their caps as they are easy for children to open and close as well as being leak proof. I'm going to decorate the bottle with vinyl stickers and remove and replace as tastes change. I'm hoping the bottle will outlast her primary school journey and be better than loads of cheap leaky plastic ones.”

“The products were exactly as described! I love that measurements were available on each product page on the website so I could see if my own bottle was compatible with the "quench cap", and it fit perfectly. Delivery was also super quick!”

“This bottle is exactly what I was looking for, keeps drinks cold, easy to drink from, easy to clean (I *may* have been back to buy a few more, not all for me!). Customer service was excellent as well and I received a replacement lid hassle free and quickly.”

“I thought that all the tops were interchangeable, when the top I ordered arrived, it didn't fit either of my green bottles. So it's still in its box and unusable.”

Hi there, Sorry to hear this, we do specify which cap fits which bottles on the website. They are in categories and which caps are interchangeable with which design. No problem if you ordered the wrong item we do offer refunds on products returned within 30 days in original packaging in an unused state. “Ordered a couple of the rubber carrying handles and two new tops for my existing bottles and I ordered a brand new bottle for my son who is a newby to these drinking bottles & ordered only yesterday and everything arrived the next day in perfect condition. Love that it comes in cardboard and paper packaging (instead of plastic) so it's more environmentally friendly and can be recycled and the cardboard tubes can even be used to store other household items - for instance my partner has nabbed one of the tubes already to store his fishing floats in 😊👍”

“I have had a OGB for the last six years. It's only marginally dented from the hundreds, if not thousands of times I've dropped it which is a feat in and of itself! I've recently bought a sports cap for it and it is an absolute game changer. I drink so much more now because it's so easy to drink on the go and I didn't have to go to a plastic bottle. I love it!”

“Just added another 2 bottles to our OGB collection! The quality and function for the price, is in my opinion, is unrivalled. This time I ordered an Epic insulated bottle to replace one from other leading brand which has stopped keeping drinks hot! So far it’s brilliant. I also ordered a Lola canteen bottle for my daughter. Plus matching sloop loops which great for little hands and gym trips. We also love OGB’s eco credentials, which is important to our family and fits with our values. This also extends to the packaging which is all recyclable (plus my kids love the cardboard tubes the bottles are delivered in - endless craft possibilities!!). Full 5 * from us.”
