“Lovely bottles! Gorgeous colours and really good at doing their job! My friend had one and raved about it, so I brought myself and daughter one. Best buy ever! My daughters drinking whole thing at school which never happened before, as its still cool, no matter the time she goes for a sip. Thank you much xx”

“Make sure to buy a better lid for your bottle. My plastic lid broke within 6 months so I had to fork out 10 pound including delivery just for a new reinforced metal one.”

Hi there, I'm afraid we do not cover accidental damage. We try to ensure additional costs are not passed onto our customers. Our caps are BPS/BPA free so can be a little more brittle than harsh chemical leaching plastics. Plus ours are recyclable. Thanks

“I have an 800ml bottle and it is great, I drink so much more water having this around. The straw and lid work great together, this has been with me on trains, days out, gardening and it is brilliant. I have now bought a little 350ml bottle for when I am popping out for a short while and don't want to carry the larger bottle. The eco-credentials are what lead me to choose this brand, but I also love everything about the design and shape of the bottles, they are so user-friendly and every bit is well-planned. It is worth getting the sloop handle too.”

“Just bought a new bottle having sadly lost the old one after quite a few years of use. Robust, attractive, keeps my water cool and so much nicer to drink from than any of the disposable plastic bottles. What's not to prefer.”

“My item was dispatched very quickly (same day) and arrived the next. Great quality as always. I love their caps as they are easy for children to open and close as well as being leak proof. I'm going to decorate the bottle with vinyl stickers and remove and replace as tastes change. I'm hoping the bottle will outlast her primary school journey and be better than loads of cheap leaky plastic ones.”

“This bottle is exactly what I was looking for, keeps drinks cold, easy to drink from, easy to clean (I *may* have been back to buy a few more, not all for me!). Customer service was excellent as well and I received a replacement lid hassle free and quickly.”
