“I spent a wild amount of time researching water bottles before deciding to go with One Green Bottle. I was after a 2 litre bottle to supply me with a day's worth of water at my desk and I could not be happier with the 64oz / c.2 Litre insulated Epic bottle. I also purchased the straw cap, which is really useful for a bottle of this size and I would strongly recommend getting if like me you plan plan to sip direct from it. I'm so pleased I've gone with stainless steel over plastic, as it I'm confident no nasties will leach into my water and it's much better for the environment. I can already see myself buying more of these bottles for friends and colleagues. If you've been searching for the perfect bottle, then you will not be disappointed with One Green Bottle.”

“I love my bottle. The 1200ml is perfect for when I do my paramedic shifts and don't get the chance to refill throughout the day. LoveAl the different bottles and colours available too.”

“I love my one green bottle. Husband left my original one behind and although he bought a replacement bottle, it didn't live up to the same so made him order another one green bottle instead. Sturdy, durable, easy to clean and in great colours and patterns.”

“These Green Bottles are so amazing with my first bottle which I have had for over 18th months I’ve now kitted out the whole family !! I’ve got the smallest one for the of handbag & a larger one when exercising or going out of the day ! Great to have the bedside when you need a cold sip of water in the early hours. Buy one you won’t regret it !”

“I have the 1200ml tough canteen and absolutely love it! Brilliant for when I’m at work and don’t have to refill often! My only grumble is that the lid broke (my fault, I dropped it) and I couldn’t get a replacement in the same colour as my bottle (which I had originally). Still looks ok with purple too though!”

“Was purchased a bottle with a sports cap as a gift for Christmas. It rolled off a low bench and the cap sheared off and the customer service response has been more than disappointing saying it's not their problem / they don't cover accidental damage. As per someone else's review, this is clearly a product defect for them but they won't replace the broken cap, just offered free shipping on a new cap. I've bought other eco friendly bottles and none are as brittle and sensitive as this. It's labelled as a sports cap, but doesn't seem to be able to withstand a light impact. Avoid the brand if you want either a water bottle that doesn't need handling like it's made of glass, or customer service that is at all responsive to the issue / accepts that its product isn't perfect.”

Hi there, We are very sorry your not happy. As we have explained I'm afraid we cannot cover accidental damage as we don't know what the bottles go through on a day to day basis. We test all of the products and they can withstand knocks and bumps. The nature of the material is that they are BPA/BPS free, so they do not leach harmful microplastics/toxins, they can also be recycled very easily so much better for ourselves and the planet. We have offered free shipping as a gesture of goodwill on a new cap. Many thanks

“Purchased a bottle for my 3 year old. The lid broke within a couple of weeks and started to leak. They sent a replacement bottle, which never arrived. Had to chase a few times. They finally sent me a replacement lid, which broke in the exact same way as the first one (but worse) and leaked. I've requested a refund, with no response. Poorly made product, and terrible customer service.”
