“I love this bottle, I've just bought a second fory husband! The sports cap with the straw makes it so easy to drink on the go. The bottle is perfect for keeping drinks hot or cold too, so it's great in any weather!”

“I couldn't be happier. A beautiful looking bottle with all the features I need. Particularly love the clever bottom to prevent scratches. The cherry on the cake was the environmentally friendly packaging and knowing the good this buy will do the ocean. Who wouldn't smile about that?”

“I like the concept of the company. Unfortunately the baby bottles i bought didn't work functionally. I also had a problem with one of the items which was sorted eventually by customer service.”

“I love this company I have one of their very very early stainless steel lunch boxes and it has served me well for the last 6 years and one of their newer tough canteens. I have ordered a few and can’t fault them. You can order replacement straws, which I had to do in place of the bobbly silicone one that got mouldy very quickly. I just ordered a normal straw from them and it’s perfect.”

Please can you confirm your order and reply to our email as there must be an issue with your bottle if it has arrived like this, and does not keep the contents hot/cold. “Having spent £100s on cheapo plastic bottles, I’ve finally taken the plunge and kitted out the whole family with One Green Bottles- THE BEST INVESTMENT EVER! They are light, they keep the temperature just right for hours, the colors are LOVELY, they are super easy to clean and most importantly- I finally don’t need to worry bout mould/mould-tasting water 🤢 Success!”

“My order arrived quickly and I was pleased with the recyclable packaging. The products seem good quality. I did feel slightly let down as I purchased an all steel tough canteen, and despite double checking the description (which said that bottles are supplied with new classic sports cap as standard) mine arrived with a screw cap. If I had known this before I would have purchased an additional cap at the same time and received a discount on a bundle deal, as it is now have to purchase one at full price, pay postage and hope that it arrives before this weekend. I also wish the vegan leather bottle carrier was not one size fits all, as my 1200ml canteen only just squeezes into it and it's a tight fit to get my phone into the pouch.”

“Just bought a replacement top for my toddlers bottle. We've had it two years and it has taken a battering! so glad we could just buy the cap and it came with a new straw (wasn't clear from the listing it would). Good to have free postage too as these things aren't cheap! would be really useful to have a bit of guidance on whether the old cap is recyclable.”

“I bought a 70cm jelly base for my 70 cm bottle, but unfortunately it didn't fit- it is hard to tell what fits what bottle. The form to report it as faulty (I had a photo of it with space around the base) didn't work, so in the end I returned it at my own cost & hope to receive reimbursement for the item at least. Live chat didn't help & received an email 2 days later, by which time I had posted it. My bottle is quite old, but in honour of sustainability I keep replacing its top. Once the bottle is no longer usable I will probably replace with another brand.”

Our customer service rep was in communication with yourself, and advised you can return the item, as we don't state in the description of the product that it would fit your bottle. In the description we specify which bottle's they fit. As soon as we get the product back we will refund you for the item, as long as the item is unused and in original packaging. “The bottles are leak proof!!!! Finally a bottle for my kids that doesn’t leak all over. I like the loop so it’s easy to hold or clip to the buggy. And best of all sustainable!”
