“Returned an item and didn't hear anything back from the company. Tried emailing, tweeting and private messaging on Instagram, they kept saying they will get back to me the same day with an update. It's been 3 weeks since I sent the item and I am still waiting. What a scam.”

“I love my new bottle, I bought one a while ago and use it every day and take it to work, as the sale was on I thought I would get a new one! they never disappoint, very good quality and love the company and ethos.”

“We have several bottles in our family of varying types and sizes and we love all of them!! I particularly love my thermal one as aPE teacher it’s nice to have warm drinks on cold days outside and vice versa! They never leak, they withstand children and clumsy men, they come everywhere with us and I love that we are saving the seas as well!”
