“Have a number of these bottles and they are excellent. Unfortunately my daughter dropped her's and cracked the lid. Ordered a replacement cap and was with me in only two days. Great service, thank you”

“Very disappointed with this company's products and their customer service response. The 'Life' bottle caps broke with normal use after only 3 months; the plastic thread inside the bottle simply sheared off. What was more disappointing was that even though the company advertises a 12 month guarantee on their website, they refused to provide a free replacement. Will no longer be buying any of their products.”

“I have purchased many times from One Green Bottle, and have even put friends and family on to it too, although the bottle itself did all the convincing! The quality is amazing and the bottle does everything it says, it encourages me to drink more as the water stays cold. I’ve recently purchased and thermal mug, and I love it! It’s perfect for keeping my drinks hot and carrying around with me while I travel for work.”

“Fantastic customer service - identified some old stock to help me stabilise my bottle thats dinted on the bottom. I use my bottle daily and love it. Have just purchased a new lid as mine had cracked (not unexpected after a year of unscrewing maybe 10 times a day)”

“Love the original bottles (haven't tried any others). Easy to use by kids, very sturdy, still in great shape despite being dropped regularly. Great customer service when I had a problem with one of the bottles o got a replacement bit the nest day in the post. Highly recommend.”

“Bought as a Christmas gift. Had no choice on delivery price but came very quickly, looks great smells a bit weird so definitely need to wash well before use. I bought the sports cap top as an extra which came in its own box. Well packaged and looks good.”

“We moved to stainless steel after breaking 4 plastic bottles in as many weeks, not great for the environment! Our bottle is so durable and the responsive customer service has been great directing us to replacement parts like lids, silicon stoppers and straws that means it can live on well beyond the initial investment despite a less than careful little owner...4 years and counting!”
