“I bought three bottles, they arrived quickly and nicely packed in paper and cardboard. I contacted customer service before and after and they were very helpful and lovely. I’m very pleased with the bottles and the service and I recommend them without hesitation.”

“I've recently received my bottle from One Green Bottle (2L insulated canteen) - this is the second time I've had one of their bottles and they are faultless IMHO. I had to replace my previous one due to losing it, but both bottles have been sturdy, easy to carry, and very importantly, completely leak-free. Great quality.”

“What a fab company. Ordered a replacement bottle (son number 1 lost his), a replacement lid (son number 2 broke his playing bottle flips) and a replacement valve (I lost one when washing up). Everything came the next day and all in sustainable wrapping! Suggest them to friends whenever they complain about their plastic bottles breaking.”

“I’ve been using One Green Bottle for years now. They tick my requirements for health (no nasty things leaching in to my kids water) and the environment (ditching the plastic!). I’m LOVING the new tea brewing canteens and use mine daily (I love my tea!). I’ve just bought some as Christmas gifts so I can spread the joy!”

“Love these bottles! I bought some for my kids after buying a bottle at a supermarket that broke in one week. The ones my sister bought her kids have lasted 1.5 years and are still in excellent condition, with daily school use. Worth the investment.”

“I ordered a patterned thermal bottle, arrived really quickly, but the pattern on the bottle was stretched and distorted on the sides. If this has been explained on the website I probably wouldn’t have ordered that design. I emailed One Green Bottle, no understanding of my disappointment, just a ‘that’s how it is’ kind of answer. Won’t be buying again, won’t be recommending the product or customer service.”

“Am so excited with the arrival of my bottle. Most important for me is the environmental side of things so am very pleased with this. Beautiful colours, beautifully shaped and comfortable to hold. Love the straw in it and the option to not use it. Carrier makes it easy to carry. Would consider a great gift to give friends”
