“The bottle is great and keeps my water cool all day. It came with a removable straw which I took out as it was too hard to suck from, but it was no big issue. The seal is water tight so no spills in my bag on the way to work. The customer service was great. I emailed them with a query and heard back within a few hours. I ordered the bottle just after 3pm and it was delivered within 24 hours!”

“Brilliant and super fast service. The replacement top for my bottle is even better than the original, the design having been modified slightly so there is a bigger space to get your fingers into the carrying slot. The flexible silicone straw supplied is also better than the original rigid one as it is longer and therefore it's possible to drink every last drop!”

“I really like the bottle, overall. It’s a bit heavy to carry though, especially when I am travelling. Tip for the brand manager: I saw this bottle being used from another person in the underground and I loved it. I struggled a bit to read the brand though, luckily she was close enough for me to read it. I would recommend adding a more recongnisable brand name (more evident on the bottle) so that it’s easily findable ;)”

“I LOVE this bottle! The Nougat Epic bottle - colour is fantastic - It gets a lot of attention due to its MASSIVE size but it's always a giggle & conversation starter! The service I received from One Green Bottle was just amazing. My first bottle arrived slightly damaged & after speaking with the help chat on the website, I received a new bottle within 3 working days! So pleased with the whole experience!”

“Needed a replacement cap for my son’s water bottle. Easy to find the correct one and ordered some spare seals at the same time. Super quick dispatch and his water bottle was back in action in no time.”

“Excellent product and excellent service. I ordered two metal bottles as I'd had enough of my children constantly dropping and breaking their plastic ones at school. The products are really good quality and I can see them lasting for the whole time the children are at school. I had an issue with my order when it arrived, but it was rectified the same day, which is excellent customer service!”

“I was looking for a good bottle for weeks and I finally stumbled across one green bottle, I've been using my bottle non-stop since buying it. It's built so incredibly well and is 1000% worth the money. Would recommend this no doubt.”
