“Great bottle, absolutely loving my new bottle after I broke my old bottle with lid I upgraded to one of the new ones great size ideal for days out and work. Love the rubber bottom keeps it nice and stable”

“Have shopped around a lot before buying a new insulated water bottle for me and another one for my daughter, who's only 3. I love mine and she absolutely loves hers! Very sturdy, easy to use, keep water chilled and easy to carry around! I'd love to see more children's designs though!”

“Brilliant company, I've bought 5 bottles in different colours and sizes for our family. They are easy to use for the children and they love the bright colours. They are easy to clean and I've never had problems with them smelling like other bottles I've used. And the most important thing....they are better for the planet!”

“The bottle was advertised as tough for children however the lid broke after 1 day of use!! They were unapologetic and refused to refund or even send me a new lid. Instead, they offered free postage and a generic email about how their products are tested - which frankly was not good enough. I only bought it because they said it was tough for kids! They didn't even ask what part of the lid has broken, if they really cared and wanted to improve their products they would have sought out this information. The icing on the cake is that you can't even buy the same replacement parts!? And the straws on the site have to be cut to size!”

Hi there, we are ever so sorry you feel this way. we like to inform our customers about what are caps are made from and how they are recyclable. Our warranty doesn't cover accidental damage such as falls. We have a large variation of replacement straws and caps on the website. Many thanks
