“I have the 1200ml tough canteen and absolutely love it! Brilliant for when I’m at work and don’t have to refill often! My only grumble is that the lid broke (my fault, I dropped it) and I couldn’t get a replacement in the same colour as my bottle (which I had originally). Still looks ok with purple too though!”

“Was purchased a bottle with a sports cap as a gift for Christmas. It rolled off a low bench and the cap sheared off and the customer service response has been more than disappointing saying it's not their problem / they don't cover accidental damage. As per someone else's review, this is clearly a product defect for them but they won't replace the broken cap, just offered free shipping on a new cap. I've bought other eco friendly bottles and none are as brittle and sensitive as this. It's labelled as a sports cap, but doesn't seem to be able to withstand a light impact. Avoid the brand if you want either a water bottle that doesn't need handling like it's made of glass, or customer service that is at all responsive to the issue / accepts that its product isn't perfect.”

Hi there, We are very sorry your not happy. As we have explained I'm afraid we cannot cover accidental damage as we don't know what the bottles go through on a day to day basis. We test all of the products and they can withstand knocks and bumps. The nature of the material is that they are BPA/BPS free, so they do not leach harmful microplastics/toxins, they can also be recycled very easily so much better for ourselves and the planet. We have offered free shipping as a gesture of goodwill on a new cap. Many thanks

“Purchased a bottle for my 3 year old. The lid broke within a couple of weeks and started to leak. They sent a replacement bottle, which never arrived. Had to chase a few times. They finally sent me a replacement lid, which broke in the exact same way as the first one (but worse) and leaked. I've requested a refund, with no response. Poorly made product, and terrible customer service.”

“Arrived within a few days of ordering!! No plastic packaging - hooray!! Everything came in sturdy cardboard boxes and in a paper parcel. Great to see. I ordered two sloops for our existing bottles - which have been great. The sloops arrived and appeared to be two different sizes. Thankfully I was able to chat online to customer support (Thanks Binny!). It became obvious that the sloop would fit fine and I was sent a link to show how. What was going to be the hassle of a return has been avoided. Great product and good customer service. Thanks!”

“A great bottle but started to leak 2 months after purchase. They sent a replacement lid to fix this however sent the wrong Color. Awaiting the correct delivery and hopefully it will last longer than the previous one.”

“Brought this for my girlfriend after loads of cheap bottles brought, straw breaking or not working well and dribbling drink through the straw, this one is amazing. She loves the environment and she loves the colour!”
