“I've had my bottle for a few years now and it's still in good form- a bit dented from dropping it but still nicely insulated :) Just ordered a new lid for it and was shipped very quickly :)”

“I love my bottle, I’ve had it for a few years now but had to get a replacement cap cause it broke (my own fault). Very straightforward website to use and the customer service is excellent in the couple experiences I’ve had. I genuinely recommend these bottles to everyone cause I love mine so much! The sports cap is the best 😎”

“These bottles are brilliant. We've had to replace the valves or lids once or twice when they've been lost or broken, but it's super easy to find what you need on the website, without having to replace the whole bottle. I use mine day in day out, essential for daily life and adventures alike!”

“I love these bottles! The whole family have them. They last longer than other bottles and when the caps do eventually get damaged from all the daily abuse, we can get replacement caps! I think the newer jelly bottoms will also help, as our bottles are now a bit wobbly due to a few dents on the bottom. So good product development too. Love it.”

“I have 7 of One Green Bottles and I cannot get enough of them! I recommend to all parents, colleagues at work and family. Mu husband takes the biggest one to fishing along with a coffee mug. We have 2 of each :) It makes me feel good knowing I am not polluting , helping environment to thrive. Some people say they are pricey but I disagree as the bottles are for a lifetime ! I love them especially during Summer as they keep ice for 2-3 days in the bottle! Amazing and thank you for coming up with this idea !”

“The product is very good, I have had a bottle since 2020. However, the cap and straw attachments did not last as long and replacements are no longer available on the website. I opted for a new bottle and some spare parts. So I don't think it can be called a "bottle for life". Customer support were very helpful and friendly, however, I received three emails asking for feedback within a couple of days, which was a bit much.”

“I have been buying from one green bottle since they were unique in the non plastic bottle market. It was only recently I passed on my original curvy bottles to a friend who is very pleased with them. I just love the new insulated bottles and their colours. I even have a lovely pink one for my dog and 3 huge ones for camping. They make lovely a gift for friends too.”

“We've used our bottles loads, the kids ones have been bashed around and dropped countless times but no cracks or problems. Now my older child uses his for school so it's getting daily use! Great bottles!”

“I've owned a bottle since last year, unfortunately I dropped it and the plastic screw on top smashed. I wasn't able to use it again and didn't think to check if you sell replacements. However, it didn't put me off from re-ordering another one and also one for my daughter. The quality overall is excellent and water tastes so much more refereshing from the these containers. Overall - I love the bottles!!”
