“Good quality product. Originally ordered the 2 litre bottle but it was much heavier than indicated on the website, so exchanged it for the 1 litre version, which is perfect. Customer service was excellent throughout the purchase and return process and they were very quick to respond when I highlighted the issue. Excellent to do business with.”

“Bought for my young grandchildren 9 & 5 yrs. They were both very impressed by how cold it kept their water. They were coming up with when and how they were going to use them. A real hit!”

“So happy with the customer service I have received from these guys. Have been using one green bottle products for years, still have some of the original bottles we bought. Fortunately for One Green Bottle my son occasions looses his so we have to come back for more!”

“Love these bottles ! They keep drinks really cold. No spills even when knocked around in a child’s school bag all day. Also love that you can replace straws / lids when these get lost rather than replacing the whole bottle.”

“This is my second One Green Bottle bottle, a 500ml Dirty Martini Cranes bottle, bought because I lost the last one! It’s great at keeping my drink cold, this time I’m trying out the straw and I quite like it. It’s easy to carry around, it looks good and I can’t think of anything to improve.”

“Really good quality bottle! Been using for about a week. Took a little getting used too as it’s obviously quite heavy with 2 litres of water in and noside handle, but definitely worth the compromise in changing how I pick up to drink it to get away from plastic!! Really love it and I bought the silicone base and sports lid to suit my needs. Very impressed overall!”

“Disappointed with my bottle as it doesn't keep my water cold for more than an hour or so. The price point is similar across the market and I've had a better bottle in the past from Amazon. I bought the bottle because I loved the unique design.”

HI Lauren, Thanks for your review. On double checking which bottle you ordered, you have purchased a single skin curvy bottle, and therefore not insulated, so will not keep the contents cool. We specify in the descriptions and on the page headers which are insulated and non insulated. Our evolutions, epic and pop bottle range are insulated. I hope this helps. Thanks
