“I love One Green Bottle products. There was one problem with my order with something that wasn't described properly on the listing but it was solved instantly with the online chat and replaced with something more suitable. The replacement item was dispatched immediately and received as soon as I expected (the first post round after the heat wave!). Thank you for brilliant customer service.”

“We have been ordering from One Green Bottle for the last 5 years buying bottles for us, our kids, work, sport etc. Products are excellent quality, very durable and always improving with design development which is great to see progress. “The bottles are lovely and we appreciate the eco/sustainable processes. Unfortunately we have had a problem with the bottom of the steel bottle popping so that it won’t stand up anymore. It’s become a weeble.”

So sorry to hear you are not happy with your product. I see you ordered a tough canteen which does not insulate I'm afraid, they are single-skinned. “Not alot I can say apart from amazing I bought a big 2L stainless bottle and exstra a straw cap and it's brilliant for construction work or just to have can't fault the products and the company love how it's eco friendly adds a exstra bonus recommend to everyone”

“Love these products! They keep my water cool all day (haven’t tested with hot yet) and I like the carry sloops. I’ve slowly been replacing all my other drinking bottles with these. Also really love the straw caps and super quick delivery!”
