“I ordered a patterned thermal bottle, arrived really quickly, but the pattern on the bottle was stretched and distorted on the sides. If this has been explained on the website I probably wouldn’t have ordered that design. I emailed One Green Bottle, no understanding of my disappointment, just a ‘that’s how it is’ kind of answer. Won’t be buying again, won’t be recommending the product or customer service.”

Hi Ashley, Thanks for your review. Sorry to hear this, and if you felt our reply was unsatisfactory. As per our T&C's you can of course return items for a refund if you are not happy with them, as long as they are in an unused state and in original packaging. I hope this helps? Many thanks

“Am so excited with the arrival of my bottle. Most important for me is the environmental side of things so am very pleased with this. Beautiful colours, beautifully shaped and comfortable to hold. Love the straw in it and the option to not use it. Carrier makes it easy to carry. Would consider a great gift to give friends”

“Love my new epic bottle! Quality looks really good - and I love the choice of lids. Delivery for really fast and plastic free. I somehow missed off my house number on the delivery and they got in contact really soon after to sort out my mistake. Will definitely look at their other products in the future!”

“We've bought a range of bottles from One Green bottle. While the smaller stainless steel bottles are good the Insulated Epic lives up to its name. We've got three of the 1ltr Epics and not only do they look great they're the best bottles we've used to date! And the best of all is their commitment to being good for the environment. No brainer really :)”

“This is the second bottle that we have bought, its amazing at keeping water cold all day long even during the heat wave we had in the summer it lasted a good 8 hours. We would definitely recommend.”

“I brought two bottle many years ago and they are still going strong. Lots of people ask me about them and I always recommend. I recently had to buy a couple more lids for no other reason then my dog got hold of them. I would highly recommend!”

“Their products are brilliant but their method of delivery is abysmal. Using Royal Mail really let's their company down. They need to explore more reliable delivery companies or open up customer collection from their depot.”

“Stylish, double walled 800ml bottle keeps cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot. I love the rough texture of the bottle and the loop you can get as an addition is super handy for carrying it. The optional straw makes for easy drinking and although the bottle is a lot larger and heavier than my older 800ml model (due to being double walled), it doesn’t deter me from considering buying another in the future. Would definitely get again. My only complaint is that the larger bottle sizes didn’t have a good range of colours otherwise I’d have bought a 1.2L bottle.”
