“Bought a replacement straw for a 500ml bottle but the straw is short by 10-20mm so can’t get all the liquid. So it does work so could be better.”

“The colours on the Epic bottles have gotten really ugly.. not sure who approved that. My original thunderstorm Epic bottle is three years old and still going, I've just replaced the glug cap for it.. so I'm sad to see that colour being phased out. The delivery on my glug cap was a lot, lot longer than it used to be and not having the ability to add the glug cap on when ordering specific Epic bottles now is disappointing. Customer service also no longer responds like it used to. Can only assume this company changed hands because the ethos has definitely shifted. Would I purchase again? Yes, though the changes you're making aren't great. I have one 500ml, 1litre and a 2litre bottle that are all still going strong. I would recommend them still. Also, my live chat wasn't responded to.”

“We purchased our first one green bottle 5 years ago when my little boy started nursery - he is now at school and despite a few kids being replaced he still has the same bottle! I’ve just purchased for my new little girl and hoping she has it as long too!”

“This would have been 5* if you kept the straws as they used to be. I lost my bottle when I took it on holiday - yes I took it because it is that good! - but all the newer bottles have these rubbish spaghetti straws and my new bottle - which now is only available in grey :( - has one of these rubbish straws instead of the good old stuff ones you used to do - please bring these back!!”

“Beautiful flasks.. but you don't make any small ones!! Nobody does any more! There used to be beautiful lightweight small handbag sized bottles with sports lid! A gap in the market now maybe :-)”

“Perfect! I got an 800ml stainless steel bottle years ago and managed to lose my lid when I was travelling (??). Finally decided it was time to replace it. Postage was super fast and it fits perfectly, thank you.”

“Attempted to cancel the order and was told that a refund was in place, I was still charged anyway. After receiving my bottle, the ice wouldn't even keep frozen longer than 40 minutes inside.”
