“I cannot write enough good things about this bottle! Bought the 350ml canteen botl for my 14 month old and it’s hands down one of my favourite ‘mummy purchases’, it’s legit changed the game for keeping her hydrated, she loves it and the fact it’s toxin free and kind to the planet means I love it more! Anyway, BRB, just buying them for my whole family… ❤️”

“Bought the canteen botl with sports cap for my 14 month old and genuinely one of my fave ‘mummy’ purchases. It’s changed the game for keeping her hydrated and she legit loves it! Toxin free, gorgeous design and good for the environment! What’s not to love?! BRB, just off to buy the matching ones for me, my husband and passers by in the street… I am THAT IN LOVE.”

“Handy that you're able to order replacement parts, as my son's lid/plastic spout had cracked after falling on the floor. Great product. Have purchased a second bottle for other son. Took over one month to arrive with two emails to chase up order. Would be handy if this lead time was stated when purchasing.”

Hi there, sorry for the issue. I'm not quite sure why this order took so long to get to you. I can assure you orders are processed within 24hrs Monday to Friday, and shipped 24-48hrs with royal mail. Apologies again for the issue and as I say this instance is very rare indeed. Many thanks

“Very happy with this product. I thought I was going to have to throw away my daughter’s water bottle when straw fell apart after less than a year. But replaced it with this new straw and it’s working again. Doesn’t seem to matter that it’s a slightly different design.”

“Love the colour (mangrove) & general aesthetics of the bottle, feels well constructed too. My only gripe, easily rectified, is that the drinking straw is too long, so needed to be shortened by half a centimetre. Other than, love it.”

“Waste of money, do not buy! The baby bottle leaks, and they still haven’t refunded my money. They requested video proof, rather than just allowing me to return it! Even with said “proof” no refund has been given. Avoid!”

If the item has been returned for a refund, and we have not yet received it, then we wouldn't refund till we get the item back.
