“Order received promptly and very well packaged. I also like the company's philosophy. I was a little disappointed with the products, however, as the sports bottle had a funny smell that lingered for a while even after cleaning and rinsing thoroughly several times. Also, it stated that the bottles stay cold which it didn't really. I have not tried it with hot drinks yet. Overall rather disappointed, glad I didn't pay full price.”

Hello. Sorry to hear of these issues. Could you please confirm your order details or name so that we can check which product you ordered and investigate. Stainless steel is very inert and doesn't absorb odours so the bottle must have had residues from drinks or rinse water. These are easy to resolve and we can send you a link to show most effective ways to clean stainless steel and remove odours.

“I have struggled to find a water bottle I am happy with for a long time now. A friend recommended One Green Bottle to me and I bought one for myself and my partner. We are so impressed! My partner even put his to the test, filling up his litre bottle with cordial and ice cubes and leaving it in his car on a hot day from 7am until 5pm. We were extremely impressed after finding the drink was just as cold as it had been that morning. Great bottles!”

“Bought the 2 Litre insulated Epic bottle (the stainless steel one) around half a month ago. The thing is perfect for the sideline when I'm playing sports, its the reason I bought it as the plastic canteen I had before ruptured from a drop of 1ft. I've been taking it to work as well, and it's great to hold cold water for the full shift. I haven't tried to hold warm liquids so far, but for cold liquids, a full day out on the field in direct sunlight didn't faze it, it was great to have a cold drink sitting in wait for the full day. The sports straw cap has come in clutch as well. Very happy with my purchase, suits my needs perfectly.”

“I like the bottles and it arrived very quickly. However customer service is unacceptably bad. My Sloop arrived broken, first spoke to Allie via chat, useless, he couldn’t have been any less helpful. I then emailed, it’s been a few days now and no reply. This was the second Sloop which arrived broken, would not recommend them. The packaging of the products is also not secure, I ordered replacement straws, their box came apart and they were all over the delivery bag.”

“I love you bottles but I can’t find what I need and Ordering took ages, the website is not user friendly. I got charged 2 different prices for the same bottle (500ml tough bottle) When I login to order the shipping costs default to £37 even though I’m shipping to the Uk so I ended up ordering as a guest. I contacted customer service who couldn’t resolve the issue. You don’t seem to have much of a selection of 500ml bottles with jelly bottoms- essential for the kids as they dented the curvy bottles I got them previously. The jelly bottoms you do sell don’t match any bottles. I now need to pay to return my order because the jelly bottoms I bought look awful on the tough bottles (silver) that I bought. I don’t want to go with another brand but please fix your website and improve your bottles with a soft bottle for kids 500ml.”

“I love these bottles. I initially bought 2 700ml Evolutions for hot drinks when my husband and I are on long journeys. They really do keep the drinks hot. Love them so much we recently bought 2 more 500ml so now we can take hot and cold. Have tried many many bottles and these are by far the best. Great design, fab colours, easy to hold and really work.”
