“Fantastic customer service, meant to order 2 bottles at the same time and didn’t so had 2 orders 1 after the other and Bonny contacted me to see if I wanted them sent together and refunded the second lot of postage- amazing customer service in these times!”

“Decided to treat myself to a new bottle and SO glad I did! I just absolutely LOVE IT! such beautiful design on the bottle. This comes with me to my fitness class ALSO when I'm out on my Paddleboard, On my desk at work and in the car so really I take it EVERYWHERE! Top class bottles HIGHLY recommend. P.S ZERO PLASTIC!! 👌 How perfect is that.”

“I paid extra postage a for courier when I received my email receipt it had changed to post office 48 hr I messaged them over the holiday and they emailed me back saying the shop was closed until the 3rd of January with no offer to refund my postage. I have shopped with than many times before I probably won't be doing so again not very good customer service”

Hi Jill, thanks for your review and many apologies for the delay with royal mail. I'm afraid due to the strike action parcels were delayed and we couldn't do anything about it. We offer 1 postage option which is stated as 24-48hr tracked. We email tracking through royal mail. We cannot guarantee as per in our T&Cs that it will be with you in 24hr, but try our best. “Sleek, perfectly wonderful flask cup... (am not sure what else to call it???) which kept my tea, my coffee, my barley cup piping several hours after filling. I forget I make a drink, get busy, go looking later. So. It ends well in a late Xmas present delivered within 48 hours of the giver giving. I love it. Wanted one for ages but all these wants need to be carefully considered for sustainability. V v v pleased :)”

“The bottles have lasted ages!! I love the concept. The lids are less robust and I’ve had to replace a few times. The new sports caps seem better. A little stiff for smaller hands but that’s if I was being picky. Still my preference to any other bottle.”
