“Delivery and packaging excellent. Bottles look good too. I ordered two sizes of the Epic which should be ideal for sailing. Not sure yet how the one with the straw will turn out for my 95 year old mother but we needed something she could hold easily and drink water from without spilling so worth a try.”

“I bought two bottles, one for the office and a smaller one for the gym. Both with quench caps. Both are tough and hard wearing and do exactly what I need them to do. I would absolutely recommend them to others.”

“I’ve bought several bottles over the years for me and my children to use for school, work and days out. They are all going strong and perform brilliantly. Always had great service from OGB, quick delivery and easy to get replacement parts when needed. It’s obvious how much thought goes into their products and packaging (all sustainable/recycled/recyclable) and I recommend them to everyone. Given how long the bottles last (they never crack or leak like plastic reusable bottles), the price is very reasonable too. Keep up the great work!”

“Really lovely bottles despite my daughter loosing 3 so far, keep coming back and buying as no others work so well for us. Leakproof and with a straw design is so fantastic and we have not found any others that work so well. All 3 of my children have one and use them all the time. Perfect!”

“Strong, nice to look at & good for the planet! Very pleased with our discovery of this brand & it will come in very handy in my impending labour, due to the flexible straw meaning I can drink it anywhere. Chuffed! Arrived in recyclable packaging, slight damage to the box but to no detriment of the bottle itself. Can’t complain! Quick delivery too.”

“the perfect bottle. so nice I bought it twice. These bottles are so well made that they feel luxury, without costing the earth and whilst saving our oceans. I wouldn't be without my epic bottle now, it comes everywhere with me, the gym, work, travel, shopping.. you name it it's been. I get so many compliments too! the carry handle and cover at the bottom just elevate above all others.”

Hi the, Sorry to hear of the issues with broken cap. Our caps are made from BPS/BPA and phthalate free polypropylene. We use this material as it’s the most readily recyclable plastic material, one of the only plastics that can be recycled many times and is universally collected for its commodity value. We are now making our caps from Ocean Sourced polypropylene. This circular economy adds future value to discarded polypropylene and means it is less likely to be dumped and more likely to be recycled also less likely to degrade and cause microplastic problems. Polypropylene doesn’t leach any toxins into your drinks and is also very durable if looked after but it is slightly more brittle than softer plastics – it is the plasticisers that contain the harmful chemicals in plastics. The softer plastics are also less likely to be recycled and have a shorter span of recycling opportunity. Our warranty covers manufacturing issues, but not accidental damage, such as falls. We do other lids which such as all steel for our most robust lid. Thanks
