“Purchased a bottle for my 3 year old. The lid broke within a couple of weeks and started to leak. They sent a replacement bottle, which never arrived. Had to chase a few times. They finally sent me a replacement lid, which broke in the exact same way as the first one (but worse) and leaked. I've requested a refund, with no response. Poorly made product, and terrible customer service.”

Hiya, We are so sorry to hear this. We had helped and posted a new cap out to you. it was very unfortunate that royal mail were on strikes at the time, so there were issues there. “Returned an item and didn't hear anything back from the company. Tried emailing, tweeting and private messaging on Instagram, they kept saying they will get back to me the same day with an update. It's been 3 weeks since I sent the item and I am still waiting. What a scam.”

“Very disappointed with this company's products and their customer service response. The 'Life' bottle caps broke with normal use after only 3 months; the plastic thread inside the bottle simply sheared off. What was more disappointing was that even though the company advertises a 12 month guarantee on their website, they refused to provide a free replacement. Will no longer be buying any of their products.”

“I bought a straw and it did not fit my bottle. Itms frustrating as it is unclear in the website what is the right size of straw for any bottle.”

So sorry to hear you are not happy with your product. I see you ordered a tough canteen which does not insulate I'm afraid, they are single-skinned. Hi Kyle, Many apologies for the delay. I see your package did arrive to you, although a bit late. With the pandemic royal mail have been having some issues, which means on the odd occasion a parcel is slightly delayed.
