“The product is very good, I have had a bottle since 2020. However, the cap and straw attachments did not last as long and replacements are no longer available on the website. I opted for a new bottle and some spare parts. So I don't think it can be called a "bottle for life". Customer support were very helpful and friendly, however, I received three emails asking for feedback within a couple of days, which was a bit much.”

“I have been buying from one green bottle since they were unique in the non plastic bottle market. It was only recently I passed on my original curvy bottles to a friend who is very pleased with them. I just love the new insulated bottles and their colours. I even have a lovely pink one for my dog and 3 huge ones for camping. They make lovely a gift for friends too.”

“We've used our bottles loads, the kids ones have been bashed around and dropped countless times but no cracks or problems. Now my older child uses his for school so it's getting daily use! Great bottles!”

“I've owned a bottle since last year, unfortunately I dropped it and the plastic screw on top smashed. I wasn't able to use it again and didn't think to check if you sell replacements. However, it didn't put me off from re-ordering another one and also one for my daughter. The quality overall is excellent and water tastes so much more refereshing from the these containers. Overall - I love the bottles!!”

“I use my One Green Bottle everyday. I have the 800ml and the 500ml bottles depending on where I am going’s. I broke the lid on my 800ml knocking it off a table and because the bottles fit the same lid I didn’t need a new one. I recently bought the sports cap lid the only issue is I don’t have a long enough straw to fit my 800ml bottle and the straws I already have don’t work with it. They don’t seem to stock it at that length either unless it sold out atm. I could really do with that length as 500ml won’t last me long at the gym”

“The bottle is good but it spills a lot because the teat quality is not good. I bought two bottles and both of them have the same problem. Will not buy again sorry”

“Ordered a new quench cap for my old curved 500 bottle. Cap fits a treat but disappointed you still don't make the bottles. Curved ones are easier to grip than straight ones.”
