“Excellent products. However, I recently bought replacement tops for the tough bottles we've had for a while, and was surprised by the wasteful cardboard tubes with lids they were individually supplied in. Disappointing.”

Hi there, thanks for your review. For many people, they order single replacement caps, so it's ideal packaging to send them a cap as it is with a label on, hence us using strong cartons. They are recycled and can be recycled. Thanks

“Brilliant. I have the epic bottle and glug cap. The bottle keeps water cold all day. I put ice cubes in in the morning and they're still bobbing a out in the afternoon! The glug cap makes it easy to drink out of as the bottle opening is quite big.”

“Have used and recommended One Green Bottle for years. Only reason I order is for gifts or kids have needed bigger sized bottles or misplaced one and when we go to find it, it's been acquired by someone else! Great quality and fantastic you can replace lids and have a choice for different situations . Ithey helps us all drink more water and when they accidently bounce on a floor they are not easily damaged. Easy to clean, and the service is Great with a quick delivery. Keep up the good work.”

“Great items usually but this time one of the thermos flasks I bought has 2 dents on the lid . I would like to return the item but I did not receive a receipt from the company on my email so I have no order number or any information to make the return.I telephoned the company to request a receipt but nothing has come through . This is the first time that I have received damaged goods from them and it’s the first time that I have had reason to telephone them. This is one of my favourite companies -I like everything that they represent and they have winning products but I am disappointed with the service this time round.”

“Absolutely love One Green Bottle. Keeps our drinks cold all day, even if the bottles have been sat out in the boiling heatwave! Will always recommend to family and friends and wouldnt go anywhere else for a bottle!”
