“Great product, very high quality. I bought the Tiger Tiger Life Collection bottle. Knowing this was primarily going to be a sports bottle, I bought a sports cap for it for an additional £5. Unfortunately, it didn't come with the straw however, on mentioning this, the customer service team jumped straight on it and sent two spares which were delivered the next day. Since it was a gift, I can report the recipient is very happy!”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear that you didn't receive a straw with your purchase. All our bottles come with straws and all caps except our stainless steel lid comes with a straw. I am not sure why there wasn't a straw in your box so apologies for that. I have sent you out a couple of straws today and I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.

“What a great company! I love my Epic sized bottle. The 2litre capacity is perfect for long days on a dive boat, for in my camper and for just everyday. It's tough, durable, and, with the straw, very easy to drink from. I love it!”
