“Perfect! I got an 800ml stainless steel bottle years ago and managed to lose my lid when I was travelling (??). Finally decided it was time to replace it. Postage was super fast and it fits perfectly, thank you.”

“Attempted to cancel the order and was told that a refund was in place, I was still charged anyway. After receiving my bottle, the ice wouldn't even keep frozen longer than 40 minutes inside.”

As we had been in email communication, and sorted the issues out, I was under the impression you were happy with the outcome, as we sent the bottle out to you as agreed. You ordered a tough canteen bottle which is not insulated and therefore will react to external temperatures. Many thanks

“I was a bit hasty reviewing as I was still waiting to hear back from customer service regarding an issue with my order. There seemed to be an issue with the payment service (simpler) so therefore my order wasn’t processed yet I’d been charged. As soon as I spoke to Binny at One Green Bottle they spent the weekend chasing up the issue to resolve it for me! My order is now on route and I am a very happy customer. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from OneGreenBottl I love their ethos and their products. I wish more big companies were truly committed to solving the ecologically destructive plastic problem!”

“Love bottles but the caps are terrible. My children have dropped their bottles and the lid cracked 4 times now. Not child friendly at all. I can’t bring myself to buy anymore.”

Hi there, so sorry to hear this. We use polypropylene to make the caps as these are the most readily recyclable, also no nasty leaching chemicals. Due to this fact they can be more brittle if knocked and dropped many times. We do have other spare steel caps and knob caps which are more hard wearing if they are prone to falls. I hope this helps? “Really hard to see the true colour of the bottles and sloop handles on the website so ended up ordering one that was totally the wrong colour. No free returns either so will have to pay to send it back as well as pay for shipping. Bottles themselves are nice but quite expensive”

Thanks for your review, and sorry to hear you feel this way. We very rarely hear of issues with the colours on the website. We try to ensure the colours are true to real life in the imagery. It can be difficult when viewing on various contrast screens and from a pc, to a phone to an iPad for example. Screen contrasts can make a difference. Sorry to hear you have not been happy with the colours you chose. Thanks

“I bought this bottle to use for hot water and really glad I did! Lovely simple design, keeps water warm for hours even when bottle is out in the cold whether. Completely plastic free packaging which is always a winner!”

There's a great choice of beautiful colours to choose from; all of the bottles are very sturdy & keep my water lovely and cool.
