“I bought several stainless steel leakproof cups as Christmas presents. The company was helpful and easy to deal with although disappointingly they had sold out of the non-floral colours. I haven't tested the cups but they look good.”

“I love the bottles and can’t wait until Christmas when I can actually give them as presents and use mine that I got for myself!!! My only criticism is the website was not the easiest to navigate but I got there!!”

“Bought 3 bottles: the same we usually buy for the kids. Places the order a week ago, received two emails to review the bottles I haven’t even received. A week seems pretty poor. No clue which delivery company they are with so now way to track delivery.”

Hi there, we are very sorry to see this. Royal mail has been struggling with the amounts of orders across many businesses at the moment since all the black Friday sales. Please get in touch if you still don't have your parcel and we will certainly raise an issue. Sometimes the tracking for the parcel goes into spam box's so difficult for you to track the order. Hi Helen Thanks for your review. Sorry to hear you didn't like the colour of your bottle. We haven't had this query with this bottle before. On various screens colour can look slightly different from mobile to desktop etc and contrast settings. We are happy to refund items which are in a new/unused state. Many thanks

“The whole family love these bottles and thermal cups. They are pretty robust and have lasted well for my 5 and 7 year old. Easy to open and stable (so they don't fall over). My only gripe are the range of colours. My husband had a bright yellow one that I managed to displace on holiday , but couldn't get the same colour and the large thermal mugs (which have been a game changer for keeping my work cup of tea/coffee hot), are no only available in dark grey. But very happy with the products. Does exactly what it says.”

“After receiving a faulty cap, I contacted customer service who were very helpful and quick to respond. Allie suggested things to try and help and offered a replacement for free, I decided I would purchase a different cap and asked for some information regarding this, Allie then offered to send this cap out for free. Very happy with the customer service ☺️”
