“I live in Brighton and went along to the shop/offices for a replacement lid today. They were closed, when I arrived, but when I called they opened up immediately. Their service was amazing- the card machine was not working I was asked if I had paypal- which I don't, so was given the goods for free even though I said I'd transfer the money, through BACS, when I got home. It'll be great to see the shop launched and up and running.”

“Love this company and love the products 5*service. Every one in my household and my sister's household have at least one of the bottles and flasks, they are really well made, easy to clean and look good to. They have great eco campaigns and are a sustainable business it's a win win. Postage time is first class most orders I have received the next day. Thoroughly recommend.”

“I ordered one 800ml bottle with sloop and silicone base, classic sports lid. All great and by far the best bottle I've had. Only little issue was the additional sloop I ordered, for a bottle I already have for my son, has a split halfway along. It still functions but not sure how long it will last. [Note: I've been sent a replacement for this now]. I especially like that it's possible to order replacement straws and also that the mouth piece is hard plastic. (My son has a bottle from a different brand that cannot be used anymore as the straw has got mold on it I can't get a replacement).”

“Had the plain steel bottle for a few years and work really well. Survives cycle touring and misuse as a hammer in an emergency when camping (dont advise). Decided to switch the lid to a straw and sip cap and fit was great no leaks straw is long but can twizzle it all to avoid cutting it to short. Very happy with delivery and company.”

“I love it! First of all, the service was A+. I had put a wrong address but it was corrected for me and the panic was averted. I then received my bottle the next day. Bought the 400ml one with the coffee cup cover as an extra and I'm loving it. The insulation keeps my coffee hot on my commute. It's very stylish to hold too.”

“I was really happy when I first received my new water bottle with sports cap only a few months ago. Unfortunately the caps aren’t very good and this is the third cap I’ve had to buy. I carry my water bottle everywhere and every time the bottle has fallen the lid cracks and breaks, which doesn’t make it a sustainable product for me. When replacing the cap I also can’t get a matching colour. I’ll be shopping elsewhere in future.”

So sorry to hear about the issues with the broken cap. Our caps are made from BPS/BPA and phthalate-free polypropylene. We use this material as it’s the most readily recyclable plastic material, one of the only plastics that can be recycled many times and is universally collected for its commodity value. We are now making our caps from ocean-sourced polypropylene. This circular economy adds future value to discarded polypropylene and means it is less likely to be dumped and more likely to be recycled and also less likely to degrade and cause microplastic problems. Polypropylene doesn’t leach any toxins into your drinks and is also very durable if looked after but it is slightly more brittle than softer plastics – it is the plasticisers that contain the harmful chemicals in plastics. The softer plastics are also less likely to be recycled and have a shorter span of recycling opportunities. Our warranty covers manufacturing issues, but not accidental damage, such as falls. If you are concerned that your bottle is likely to be dropped, we recommend harder-wearing caps like our knob cap or all steel cap.
