“Happy with the bottles themselves, but disappointed in the "black quench caps" we ordered to go with them. That said, nice quick delivery and liked the plastic-free packaging.”

“Super fast delivery and arrived in environmentally friendly packaging. I love my new classic sport bottle - lots of colours to choose from and fun loop strap adds some more colour. Great straw inside as well. Would definitely recommend!”

“Amazing service. I accidentally ordered the wrong amount of caps, but the lovely team added the extra ones to my order so I didn’t have to make a whole new one 🥰 I love the bottles and have been using them for myself and 3 children for the past 5yrs 😊”

“I can't comment on the product - it was a gift for daughter and she is very 'green' and particular and this is the 'must have' product - but my review is for the quality service I received on a Sunday...!! I messed-up placing the order, so emailed and had an incredibly polite and efficient response, making no fuss of my error, put things right and dispatched the product to a delighted birthday girl...!! thank you for an excellent Sunday service...!! 5stars all the way...!!”

“I couldn't find the correct lid for my well loved but battered up bottle, the assistant who helped via live chat was awesome and sorted this for me. The replacement was really quick to arrive and I love the fact that the packaging is not wasteful at all, in fact the boxes are so good I paint them and use them as gift boxes for posting presents so they get used time and time again. I do think it would be good to have the option of a lid/replacement lid without straw as I've never used the straws and that feels like extra waste and other people I know also don't use the straws. Great product that has lasted for years and been on adventures and travelled well, now dented pretty good but still going strong.”
