“They were quick to arrange a loan, would be preferable not to contact employer although they were very non de script so didn't give an indication of why were calling just asked to speak to them.”

“The fact that you do not use a direct debits or standing orders is concerning me as a borrower, these facilities provide certain garrentees that you should be offering. I receive 3 or more emails reminding me of the payments due and when sent which I do not need to know without having the option to decline the emails”
