“I found the whole process very straightforward and the person I spoke to in the Customer Support Team extremely pleasant and helpful (unfortunately I did not catch his name!!!). “All I can say is "fantastic" and "effortless" service on behalf of this company. I had been to my bank who I have banked with for a long time and got nowhere despite never being in unauthorised "debt" with them!. The APR is obviously higher here but that is part of the trust onstride are placing on the borrower, and they are clear about the APR from the start. I can highly recommend them and will be doing so. Customer service are really helpful too and from acceptance to transfer of funds was super - fast, within a few hours! So thank you :)”
